Toronto Symphony Orchestra Gift Certificates make the perfect gift for Christmas, Hanukkah, birthdays, anniversaries, or other special occasions.
TSO Gift Certificates are available in any denomination, and can be used to purchase tickets to any Toronto Symphony Orchestra presentation at Roy Thomson Hall.

If you would like to personalize your gift certificates with a message, or have them mailed to an address other than your billing address, then please phone our Customer Service Centre at 416.598.3375 Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm to make your purchase.
Redeeming your gift certificate for a Toronto Symphony Concert is easy!
You can redeem them for:

A. Concert ticket(s) to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, including tsoundcheck ticket(s) (or)
- B. Subscription(s) to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra* (or)

C. Merchandise at the Roy Thomson Hall Music Store**
In Person:
You may bring your gift certificate to the Roy Thomson Hall box office, located at 60 Simcoe St. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm-5:00pm.
You may also redeem your gift certificate at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra Customer Service Centre, located at 212 King St. W. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Please note that we require the actual gift certificate in order to redeem it for its value. Until we receive the gift certificate, we will ask you for a credit card, which we will charge to hold your order. Once you present the gift certificate, we will credit the amount of the gift certificate to the credit card used. If the gift certificate is more than the value of your order, you will be issued a new gift certificate for the remaining balance.
When booking your order over the phone, be sure to write your patron number clearly on the gift certificate for your records. This patron number will identify your account and the charge card to be credited for the gift certificate value.
* Gift Certificate can be redeemed for subscriptions or as partial payment of a subscription only through the Toronto Symphony Orchestra Office.
** Gift Certificates with a value of $100.00 or less can be redeemed for merchandise only through the Roy Thomson Hall Music Store in person.
