Chopin Piano Concerto 2
Frédéric Chopin’s lyrical Concerto No. 2 is paired with
two postcards from Eastern Europe: Smetana’s glowing
portrait of his Czech homeland’s principal river, and
Janáček’s fiery rhapsody chronicling the turbulent life of
a seventeenth-century Ukrainian Cossack leader.
